Legend

Pre-Construction Dependencies
The most complex stage. Split into two flows for readability. Automations (4–10) fire off the Podio Project Intake Form (Task 2). Task 9.1 (Fill Out Vendor / Subs List) follows the Vendor / Subs List Template automation. Task 20 (Submit C3 documentation) is now sequenced in order after the signed contract.

Note: Safety tasks 57 (Compose Safety Forms), 59 (Submit SSSP to GC), and 60 (Upload Safety Deliverables) depend on Task 3 (Intro Meeting) — confirmed against the live Podio export — so safety prep starts right after the intro meeting rather than waiting on Mobilization. The remaining safety tasks (56 Initial 811 Locate, 58 Equipment Certs, 61 Labor Credentials, 62 Out-of-Town Reservations) depend on Task 51 (Conduct Internal Job Meeting).
Construction Dependencies
All 19 Construction tasks (69–87) are Independent and Recurring — none depend on one another; all regenerate on a weekly/monthly cadence while the Construction stage is active. They group into three domains:
