This is the most complex stage with 44 tasks and multiple dependency chains.

Note: As of April 2026, Safety tasks 56 (Compose Safety Forms), 58 (Submit SSSP to GC), and 59 (Upload Safety Deliverables) now depend on Task 3 (Intro Meeting) rather than Task 51 (Set-up Initial Mobilization). This lets safety prep start earlier in the lifecycle, right after the initial intro meeting.

Construction Dependencies​

All 19 Construction tasks are Recurring — independent of one another, and all regenerate on a weekly cadence while the Construction stage is active. They group into three domains:

Note: Change Order Requests are tracked in the AppSheet Purchase Ordering app, not in Podio. The Podio tasks above cover the recurring administrative tracking only.

Key Dependency Chains​

1. Contract Chain (Critical Path)​

LOI → Job Info Template → Review → Negotiate → Sign Contract → Insurance + Bond → QuickBooks

Owner: Sales → PM → ACC → PM+ACC → PM+Owner → ACC

2. Submittal Chain​

Select Vendors → Signed Quotes → Material List → Pull Submittals → Send to GC → Approval → Precon Meeting

Owner: PM → APM → APM → APM → PM

3. Safety Chain (Updated Apr 2026)​

Intro Meeting → Compose Safety Forms / SSSP / Safety Deliverables

Owner: EST+Sales+FOCS+PM → SC

Previously these safety tasks waited for Mobilization's "Set-up Initial Job Mobilization" (Task 51). Now they start immediately after the initial intro meeting (Task 3), allowing safety prep to run in parallel with contract/vendor setup.

4. 811 Locate Chain (Recurring)​

Initial 811 Locate → [Then recurring every 2 weeks until job complete]

Owner: SC. The "Request 811 Line Locate Remarks" task (Safety #1) is now Recurring on a 2-week cadence, triggered starting the date Task #56 (Compose Safety Forms) is completed.
