About the People Tab
What this is for
The People tab is where you manage everything about the workers in the field — the master list of field workers, who is clocked in right now, the jobs they are working on, and the time corrections waiting for review. If it is about a person or what they are doing this shift, it is in this tab.

Steps
1. Hover the People tab to see its sub-pages
Hover your mouse over People in the top menu. A dropdown appears with four sub-pages.
- Field Workers — the full roster of workers. Search, filter, and open any worker to review rates, per-diem, and history. See Field Workers List.
- Active Sign-Ins — who is clocked in right now. Live view, refreshes every 60 seconds. See Live Sign-Ins.
- Jobs — the list of active and completed jobs. Each job links back to a Company and can have its own per-diem rates and Contractor Insurance (CIP) status.
- Time Corrections — corrections submitted by field supervisors that need approval before the hours lock in for payroll.
Click any item in the dropdown to open that sub-page.
2. Pick the sub-page that matches what you are trying to do
- "I need to look up a worker's pay rate" — Field Workers
- "Who is at the job right now?" — Active Sign-Ins
- "Which company is this job billed to?" — Jobs
- "Someone's hours are wrong and I need to fix them" — Time Corrections
3. Use the browser back button to return to the list
When you open a single worker or a single job, you land on a detail page. The back button at the top left of the detail page or your browser's back button takes you right back to the list with your filters still applied.
Common mistakes
- Looking for office staff (accounting, admin) on Field Workers. That page is only for field crews. Office accounts are managed in Settings > Access.
- Confusing Active Sign-Ins with Time Corrections. Active Sign-Ins is live "who is here right now." Time Corrections is the queue of edits waiting to be approved.
- Expecting a Teams sub-page in the dropdown. There isn't one — teams appear as a filter on Field Workers and as a grouping on Live Sign-Ins. See Teams.
What to do if it goes wrong
- The People tab is missing from your top bar. You do not have permission to see it. Ask an administrator to turn on the "manage field workers" or "view active sign-ins" permission for your account.
- A sub-page shows an empty list when you know there is data. Clear any filters at the top of the page, then refresh.
- You land on "Access restricted." The specific sub-page has its own permission. Ask an administrator to grant it.
