PO Detail (All My Jobs)
The third tab on the Action Queue is a full PO table across every job you manage — not just the pending items, and not scoped to one job. It's the same table you know from a job's PO Detail tab, with one addition: a Job column and a Job filter, because the rows span your whole portfolio.
Working one job? Use the job's own PO Detail tab. Hunting for a PO when you don't remember which job it's on, or comparing vendors across jobs? Use this one.
What's in the table
Each row is one PO line from any of your jobs, in any lifecycle status.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Job | The job number, linked — click it to open that job's detail page. |
| Category | Concrete, Material, Sub, Rental, Pump, Labor, or Change Order. |
| Order ID | The PO's identifier. |
| Date | Order creation date. |
| Vendor | The vendor name. |
| Description | The line description. |
| Files | A paperclip count when ticket images are attached. |
| Status | The lifecycle status in its usual color. |
| Amount | The line's resolved dollar amount. |
| Cost Code | The cost code, or a dash when missing. |
Click any sortable column header to sort; click again to flip direction. The table paginates at 25 rows by default (you can raise it to 50 or 100), and Export CSV downloads the filtered set including the job column.
If your filters match more than 10,000 rows, the CSV stops there and the page shows a warning that the export is incomplete. Narrow the filters (fewer jobs, a category, a status) and export again to get everything.
Clicking a row expands it in place to show the PO's details and ticket images — same as on the job-level table.

The three filters
| Filter | How it works |
|---|---|
| Job | A multi-select dropdown listing your jobs, newest job numbers first. Pick one or more to narrow the table; Clear resets it. |
| Category | The same seven category chips as the job-level PO table. |
| Status | Six status chips — Confirmed, Accounting Costed, PM Confirmed, Pending PM, Missing Ticket, and Approved. Approved is the status Change Orders carry, so it's the chip that isolates them. |
The Company chips in the page's filter bar (above the tabs) also narrow this table, so a company selection carries across all three tabs.
Items you've dismissed from the Pending My Action grid still appear in this table. This tab is the complete record; the pending grid is your working to-do list.
Scope
The table always covers the jobs where you're listed as PM — the same user-ID match as the rest of the page. There's no way to widen it to another PM's jobs or the whole company from here.
